Capital for companies and situations outside the standard banking process.I advise founders and deal sponsors raising up to $50M in equity and debt. Many of these raises involve an unusual structure, a special situation or an asset that doesn't fit a typical investor mandate. Capital for these deals comes from a narrower, more specialized group of investors, and that's where I focus.I've spent years on both sides of the table, raising capital for companies and sourcing private deals for family offices. This experience taught me how investors think and what it takes for them to commit.I take on a limited number of engagements and run each one, from preparation to close.What the engagement includes:• Preparing your materials and data room to an institutional standard, so diligence questions are answered before they're asked• Introductions to family offices, specialist funds and institutional investors whose mandates fit your deal, many of them long-standing relationships• Joining investor meetings, managing follow-up and debriefing with both you and the investor• Refining your materials and positioning as investor feedback comes in• Supporting you through term sheet negotiation and on to close
